Damn...there goes another day off work wasted!
I spent the first half of the day in bed and the other half wall papering with Anthony at his Mums house. I finally thought I'd got a day to practise my breathing lessons and stuff...grrrrrr!
Not much to say today....just checking in really.

Eastenders (British Soap Opera)
This week, after months of torture from Stella (played by Sophie Thompson, sister of Emma Thompson), 11 year old Ben finally tells Phil (his Dad) what she's been doing to him during their wedding ceremony! She runs from the church, but in this scene, Phil catches up to her......(Love this actress!!)...Did she fall, or was she pushed?
Ooh...I love my soaps! lol!

OMGosh, you just made my day! I LOVE Phil! After I moved back to the states, I could still see Eastenders on BBCAmerica, but they took it off the air about five years ago, and I miss it so! Thanks for sharing that!

I say she was pushed. The camera pan over the roof shows her laying on her back on top of the car, right? If she had jumped, she'd be face first against the car.
I watch too much CSI. LOL

I think she jumped Ste, cos she said " watch me Daddy " before she jumped.
I for one will really miss her character because she was bullied into being the shy, unloved person she portrayed. I think she had a Sister who her parents loved more than her and they paid her less attention to her by talking over her all the time. I really felt for her. It's so sad. Poor Stella, she looked so beautiful on her wedding day too ( apart from her nails. lol !! )
I believe she jumped, he was looking at his hands in disbelief he couldn't catch her.

I love Sophie Thompson! Stella was a character everyone loved to hate. Can't believe she was only in the show for 10 months. This wedding and the episodes leadding up to it were EastEnders at it's best.
I agree with Indigo. I think she jumped because she said "Watch me Daddy" and then we saw Phil looking at his hands in shock.
But he admitted in last night's episode (in front of a full Queen Vic)he'd pushed her off that building.
